So you’re overweight. Big whoop. I just turned 51 and could stand to release a few pounds. Like 20. Ok, maybe 30. But you know what? I am healthy. And it’s taken me about 50 years, but I’ve learned to LOVE my body. I accept my so-called imperfections.

Because most of them are someone else’s idea of what perfection should be.

I am healthy. Seriously. Healthy. And that is more important to me than how I look to others.
